The conveyance document dated 31.12.1968 details the right of access from Eleventrees Road to the access track within Fieldside Manors ownership boundary. It is believed that neighbouring properties may have a right of access along Fieldside Manors access track to gain access to properties at Fieldside Grange, Keswick.  Prospective buyers are to obtain their own independent legal advice in relation to the Property, Tenure and access etc.
